HARDCORE Production Process: The machining of parts and components is the most industrialized aspect of watch making. Round and cylindrical parts (screws, wheels, studs and pinions) along with bridges, bars, plates and springs are first blanked out then heat treated to enhance various physical properties.
Machining the cases, dials and crown are delicate and time consuming - Each component enters a long journey before becoming HARDCORE.
